The 2^nd Symposium on Civil Engineering [2SEC 2023] took place on May 3, 2023, jointly organized by the Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Georesources of Instituto Superior Técnico and all national universities and polytechnic schools of Civil Engineering, with the support of the Região Sul da Ordem dos Engenheiros.
The President of the Região Sul da Ordem dos Engenheiros, António Carias de Sousa, attended the Awards ceremony, which took place in a hybrid manner.
